Deep Thoughts... by Kate Neary: May 19, 2007 - It's go time

The guests started to arrive - but by cab (the shuttle driver didn't show until the bitter end)... the groom and his groomsmen made their way to the poolside and the bridesmaids with bride in tow made their way down the elevator. The skies were starting to cloud over, with dark clouds looming - it didn't look good. A light drizzle fell on us as we scurried down the aisle. Nicole and her dad by-passed the entire aisle, and Pastor Shriever launched into an "abbreviated" ceremony (so as to avoid the impending monsoon). By the time they finished, the rain let up and the guests made their way to the cocktail hour while the bridal party finished up the photo shoot. We eventually made our way to the bar ... and so the party began!
